Yep, that looks very painful. Ouch!
And not even flinching as the sword hits her, talk about will there. The punch on the other hand looked very painfull, heck. o_o

One small issue here: In Panel 2 as the sword is slicing through the arm it's being held in both hands. In Panel 4 as the first punch lands the left hand has let go and I assume the sword is just being held in the right hand (view is blocked). In Panel 5 and succeeding panels the sword has somehow miraculously jumped to the left hand.

Ye, that's called "Wrong hand syndrome", my worst personal affliction. Thank you for noticing, fixed now.
