Actually I'm surprised he's not bitten in half. Those teeth look sharp and from that interior view they close together like a pair of pinking shears.

They look more conical (like an Orca's) rather than serrated (like a Great White's), since we can see Anadel's hand around one of the teeth (and it NOT being sliced open).
More for puncturing and holding, rather than shearing.

Blood link allows her not necessary 'gain power' but rather gain control over the victim. She can weaken it, heal it or kill it. Even to drain its lifeforce to heal herself. This technique is pretty versatile
