As I understand it, the violet around her own wings is her own magic. The green at the root is Aureles magic, probably either forcing her to fly to the side, or just dropping her from the sky. And Dervik's magic hasn't been released yet.

Edit, after thinking about it: Disabling her wings in whatever way will likely make Rasmiel slower, even on the way down. Tight timing for Dervik.
